Plan Your Exit
You don’t have to figure this all out right now. Start where you are, and take your first small step toward loving a life that actually includes you again.
A living digital tool, not a PDF to lose in a folder.
This workbook was built to actually keep up with your real life, the one where you get interrupted mid-thought and come back to it three days later.
Saves as You Go
Every phase autosaves the moment you write it. Close the tab, put the phone down, come back to bedtime chaos — it’s all still there, exactly where you left it.
Exports Your Roadmap
Once you complete all four phases, export a beautifully branded, ready-to-keep roadmap — a practical reference you can return to on the harder days.
Guided, Not Generic
Every prompt in here was written from inside this exact life, not adapted from a general wellness template.
Yours, No Strings
No credit card, no free trial that quietly starts charging you, no upsell buried at the end.
Here’s everything included.
No fine print, no “free” plan that turns out to be a seven-day trial. This is the entire workbook, unlocked, the moment you confirm your email.

“You are not lazy. You are not dramatic. You are a woman who has been carrying more than any one person should carry alone, for longer than anyone noticed.”
Cheniece Patrick · Little Alchemies
Four phases. One honest exit strategy.
This isn’t a checklist or a one-size-fits-all guide. It’s a permission slip, a safe space, and a soft place to land.
Sacred Awareness
Witnessing your truth — where survival mode shows up, and what it’s actually costing you. You’ll map the specific moments your day gets swallowed whole.
Beautiful Audacity
Reclaiming your right to want, without apology — plus a permission slip you actually sign.
Intentional Alignment
Turning vision into one small, doable next step — not a total life overhaul.
Anchoring Affirmations
Truths to return to when the old guilt gets loud again. Walk away with a short list of reminders.
You recognize yourself in this.
- ✓You are an autism or special needs mother who is still in it: still loving, still showing up, still carrying more than most people understand.
- ✓You’ve been running Survival Mode for so long you’ve stopped noticing it’s a mode, not just your life.
- ✓You want a guided space to actually sit with the questions, not another article to skim.
- ✓You want a tool you can save, revisit, and keep — not a form you fill out once and lose.
And it might NOT be for you if…
- ✗You’re looking for a clinical treatment plan or crisis intervention. If you’re in crisis, please reach out to a professional or a crisis line.
- ✗You want something you can skim in five minutes with no reflection required.
- ✗You’re not currently parenting a neurodivergent or complex-needs child.
Built from inside the same life.
I’m Cheniece — a mom of two autistic littles with complex needs, and the creator behind the lifestyle blog, Little Alchemies. I wrote this workbook the way I write everything else here: from inside this life, not from the outside observing it.
I am still in it more than I would like to admit. This workbook is the roadmap I wish someone had handed me on one of the hardest days — so I built it, and now I’m handing it to you.
There’s no polished, put-together version of me hiding behind this. What’s in these pages is what actually helped, on the actual days it was hardest to believe anything could.
Frequently asked questions
Is this digital tool REALLY free to access?
Yes — genuinely, no catch. Enter your email above and the full workbook is yours, no card required, no free trial that quietly turns into a charge later.
What exactly am I getting access to?
The complete four-phase interactive workbook — Sacred Awareness, Beautiful Audacity, Intentional Alignment, and Anchoring Affirmations — delivered as a private access link to a guided digital tool. Not a PDF you print once and lose in a drawer.
How long does it take to complete?
There’s no clock running on this. Some mothers move through all four phases in one quiet afternoon; most come back to it in smaller pieces across a week or two.
Do I have to finish it all in one sitting?
Not even close. This was built assuming you’d get interrupted, because you will. Everything you’ve written stays exactly where you left it.
Is this a real replacement for therapy?
No, and I never want it to be framed that way. If you’re in crisis or need professional care, please reach out to a therapist, doctor, or a crisis line.
Will I get more emails after this?
Yes. You’ll be added to my free Letter Circle email community — never a flood, and you can leave anytime with one click, no hard feelings.
Can I keep my answers?
Yes. Once you finish, the workbook lets you export a clean and aesthetically beautiful copy of everything you wrote — your own Roadmap, yours long after you close the tab.

that includes YOU too.
